Chairman

Mr. Neo Keehong ( 'Mr. Neo' ) is a born entrepreneur. He started out as a property broker in Singapore in 1992 and in just a few years, he had already made a fortune and accumulated a broad network of high-net-worth contacts. In the year 2003, seeing the price of gold turning bullish, he ventured into gold and jewelleries business using the trade name 1st Jewellery, which has been proven to be the right business decision.

Mr. Neo believes that wealth accumulated should be carefully preserved and pass on from one generation to another. Having this vision, Jin Huang Bullion is born with the aim to provide wealth preservation and serve not only the clients but also their generations to come.

New Karling

Accountant

Karling holds an ACCA Professional qualification. Prior to joining 1st Jewellery in 2008, she had worked in a public listed company as a Project Accountant for 5 years where she gathered invaluable exposure in the areas of accounting, corporate tax and Goods and Services Tax. She had also joined Multinational corporations (MNCs) as a Group Accountant where she was in charged of managing a team of accounting staffs to prepare monthly consolidation, GAAP analysis and alignment as well as reporting to the HQ.

Karling is versatile, analytically-minded with over 20 years' experience working for global companies with revenues in excess of USD 100 million. She has proven track record of maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and general accountancy standards, as well as internal protocols.

Sng Khenghuat

Legal Counsel

Mr. Sng graduated from the University of London in August 1982. He is a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln's Inn, London. He was called to the United Kingdom Bar in 1983 and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore on 10 October 1984. He was conferred Master of Laws by the National University of Singapore on 7 June 1988.

Mr. Sng is the appointed legal counsel of Jin Huang Bullion Pte. Ltd..
